QC-41111D2 Torque Tester - Automatic Type
Torque Tester - Automatic Type is fixed on the top of the machine, and the sample to be tested is fixed at the lower place for torque testing. The torsion test is carried out by rotating the lower clamp. This machine is equipped with a standard display to directly read the test data, and can be set to perform torque test and analysis under different speed conditions. The torque curve and the torsion direction are displayed in real time during the test, and the torque value of the sample is fully recorded when the sample is rotated. The sample clamping method adopts a customized fixture, which is customized according to the sample size provided by the user, and can be applied on bottle caps, torque wrenches, and other spare parts relating to twisting force.
